Shipping
Orders typically ship within 2 business days via UPS or USPS from our Jacksonville, FL store. Tracking is emailed the moment a label is generated.
Firearm transfers
Firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer near you for pickup. Email a copy of your dealer's FFL to info@greenacressporting.com after ordering. A transfer fee may apply at the receiving dealer.
Ammunition
Ammunition ships ground only and cannot be shipped to certain states or municipalities. You must be 18+ for shotshell/rifle ammo and 21+ for handgun ammo.
Returns
Unopened, unused non-firearm gear may be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange. Firearms, ammunition, optics that have been mounted, and special-order items are final sale. Defective items are handled through the manufacturer's warranty.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, hang on to all packaging and call us at (904) 781-0976 within 48 hours so we can file a claim and make it right.
